ATTENTION SURGERY

This surgical instrumentation system is a loaner set. To ensure optimum sterility, your hospital is responsible for checking and cleaning this system prior to sterilizing and when returning to MedSource. This surgical instrumentation system contains several cannulated instruments, which require special attention when cleaning.

IMPORTANT: A $50 fee will be added to your invoice if the System is returned to MedSource in an unacceptable condition.
