MedSource can now provide you with same day billing/pricing information.

1. Use the "Surgery Usage Form" during surgery.
2. Write in information or affix patient and implant stickers.
3. After surgery, fax the Usage Form to MedSource at 314-966-1001.

MedSource will provide charges for all products reported* as used by your facility. The charges will be faxed to you on the day of use, if fax is received prior to 2:00pm.

Usage received after 2:00pm will be responded to by noon the following day.

*Important: Charges are for informational purposes only. Final charges cannot be assessed until the system is returned to MedSource. Be sure to report all drill bits and guide wires used, as this will alleviate most discrepancies between pricing the day of surgery and actual pricing when system is received at MedSource.
